Buongiorno!
chiudiamo questa settimana tornando virtualmente allo scorso weekend, e precisamente a sabato che è stato un giorno davvero speciale essendosi sposata mia sorella Lucia. Il matrimonio è stato bellissimo, cerimonia splendida e festa divertente e curata nei dettagli, quasi tutti handmade da mia sorella.
Adele era in gran forma e ha fatto la sua figura con un look bianco e grigio di cotone e tulle. Il pezzo forte dell'outfit era certamente il tutù abbinato alla t-shirt bianca con applicazione a forma di fiore coordinata alla gonnellina, entrambi i pezzi acquistati a New York da Smoochie Baby (quindi ancora più magici!!) ma devo dire che  mi sono divertita molto a cercare il resto: calzetti (customizzati con tulle bianco, grazie alla mia amica Annalisa), sandaletti e maglioncino... voi che ne dite?

Good morning!
we close this week going virtually back to the last weekend, namely to Saturday which was a very special day having married my sister Lucia. The wedding was beautiful, an amazing ceremony and a party fun with a great attention to detail, almost all handmade by my sister.
Adele was in great shape and made her figure with a white and gray cotton and tulle look. The highlight of the outfit was certainly the tutu combined with the white t-shirt with flower-shaped application, coordinated to the skirt, both pieces bought in New York at Smoochie Baby (then even more magical!) but I have to say that I had a lot of fun to look for the rest: socks (customized with white tulle, thanks to my friend Anna), shoes and sweater... What do you say?

Ensamble: Old Navy

Buongiorno!
Siamo sopravvissuti anche noi alla tempesta (quasi) perfetta che si è abbattuta su Rimini due giorni fa: io e Luca eravamo in macchina e ci siamo rimasti per 3 ORE, invece dei classici 5 MINUTI, per riuscire a raggiungere Adele che era dai nonni. Tutte le strade erano allagate per non parlare di molti negozi, appartamenti ecc, un brutto incubo!! Ora la situazione sembra tornata alla normalità anche se la settimana resta purtroppo piovosa!
Oggi niente mare perchè ci attendono varie commissioni in centro: Adele indossa questo completo bianco e nero composto da un top in cotone con scollo serafino (cioè bottoncini davanti) e manica ad aletta con shorts in macramè, ricamati con effetto pizzo: si tratta di una tendenza che rimane forte anche quest'anno sia nella moda bambina che donna.
Di solito il nero lo evito (e viene anche proposto di rado dalle aziende) ma in questo caso ho fatto un'eccezione perchè l'insieme mi sembra molto fine e delicato. Inoltre, in estate, basta un pò di abbronzatura e sole per sdrammatizzare anche un tono scuro come questo.

We survived the (almost) perfect storm that has befallen Rimini two days ago: Luca and I were in the car and we stayed in there for 3 HOURS, instead of the traditional 5 MINUTES, before being able to reach Adele who was with her grandparents. All roads were flooded not to mention many shops, apartments etc..., a bad nightmare! Now the situation seems to have returned to normal although unfortunately this remains a rainy week!
Today no beach for us because we face various committees in the center town: Adele is wearing this outfit that consists of a black cotton top with neck seraph (it means that has buttons on front) and cap sleeve with a white macramé shorts, embroidered with lace effect: it is a strong trend also for this season for both girl and woman.
Usually I avoid the black (and is also offered by companies rarely) but in this case I made an exception because the set seems very fine and delicate. In addition, in the summer, you just nees a little bit of tan and sun to defuse a dark tone like this.

Altra bella giornata di sole qui a Rimini, ma prima di andare al mare oggi ci toccano un paio di commissioni in città! La più importante è senza dubbio il ritiro del passaporto di Adele: ci abbiamo già provato ieri ma naturalmente gli uffici erano chiusi e io l'ho scoperto dopo aver caricato in macchina lei e il passeggino, fatto coda sotto il sole, scaricato tutto e (ovviamente!) pagato il parcheggio!!!Speriamo oggi vada meglio...

Adele indossa felpa e pantaloni molto basici, senza stampe o applicazioni ma davvero curati nei dettagli, come taglio vivo nella felpa e arricciature sugli shorts. Mi piace molto l'abbinamento rosa antico e grigio melange, femminile e un pò retrò!

here in Rimini is another beautiful sunny day, but before we go to the beach today affect us a couple of errands in town! The most important is undoubtedly the withdrawal of Adele's passport: we've already tried yesterday but of course the offices were closed and I found out it after loading her and the stroller in the car, staying in line under the sun, downloaded everything and (of course!) paid parking! Hopefully today will be better ...

Adele is wearing sweatshirt and pants very basic, no prints or applications, but beautiful, with a really great attention to detail, such as sharp cut in sweatshirt and curls on shorts. I really like the old pink and heather gray colors together, feminine and a little retro!

queste giornate di sole mettono davvero di buon umore... forse aiuta anche il fatto di aver drasticamente ridotto gli strati che sia io che Adele per mesi ci siamo dovute portare addosso soprattutto nelle nostre passeggiate!

Per la serie "a volte ritornano" oggi torniamo a sfoggiare il giubbino in denim di Gap, che ci aveva accompagnato nei primi giri insieme lo scorso autunno. E' naturalmente diventato un modello short ma direi che siamo alla moda e, indossato con la maxi thsirt a manica lunga, è perfetto! Sotto lo abbiamo abbinato con i pantaloni baggy in felpa a righe bianche e grigio melange.

these sunny days really put us in a good mood... perhaps also helps the fact that we drastically reduced the layers that we both wear during the last months especially in our walks!

For the series "night shift" today we are back to show off  the Gap denim jacket, that had accompanied us in the early walking together last fall. Of course it became a short model but I would say that we are fashionable and wearing it with the maxi long sleeves tshirt is perfect! Below we paired them with baggy pants with white and gray melange stripes.

siamo nel cuore della settimana della settimana del design, come vi dicevo ieri io e Adele stiamo facendo un pò di giretti...per ora abbiamo visto soprattutto la zona di via Tortona e dintorni, pullulante di installazioni, eventi e gente davvero da tutto il mondo.
Oggi continuiamo il nostro giro e domani spero di farvi vedere qualche immagine sul KIDSROOMZOOM PROJECT in via Cesare da Sesto. Nel frattempo, per l'occasione, noi facciamo le sorelline nabajo con l'abito uguale di TOPSHOP (acquisto londinese), linee maternity e mini, manica a 3/4 per me e manica corta per lei, entrambi hanno la gonna a ruota e sono grigio antracite con stampe geometriche bianche, che ne dite??A me piace tantissimo!

we are in the middle of the design week, as I said yesterday Adele and I are getting around... for now we have seen the area of Via Tortona, teeming with installations, events and people really from all over the world.
Today we continue our tour and tomorrow I hope to show you some pictures on KIDSROOMZOOM PROJECT in Via Cesare da Sesto. Meanwhile, for the occasion, we are like nabajo sisters with the same dress bought at TOPSHOP (on Oxford street in London), mini and maternity lines,  3/4 sleeves for me and short sleeves for her, both have the round skirt and are dark gray with white geometric prints, what do you think? I love it!

Finisce anche questa settimana breve...

Oggi indossiamo un total look sportivo e molto comodo: i colori che abbiamo abbinato sono il grigio melange e il corallo. La felpa ha un patch morbido a forma di cuore e i pantaloni, col cavallo basso, ne riprendono la forma sulla tasca posteriore. La tshirt a manica lunga è bianco lana con i pois corallo sulle rouches  e sul placket, colore ripreso anche dagli snap buttons smaltati. Infine abbiamo abbinato le calze a microrighe negli stessi toni.

Buon week end, ci vediamo lunedi con una bella novità!

Even this short week it's going to finish...
Today, we wear a total look sporty and very comfortable: the colors we have combined are mottled gray and coral. The sweater has a soft patch in the shape of heart and trousers with low crotch, reproduce this form on the back pocket. The wool white, long sleeves tshirt has coral polka dots on ruffles and the placket, the same nuance is taken up by the enamel snap buttons. Finally, we matched the stripes socks in the same colors.

Per darci la carica e farci notare nel grigio che ci circonda, oggi indossiamo il nostro ultimo acquisto da 3 CIVETTE SUL COMO' (negozio riminese di cui vi avevo parlato qui): una bella tuta in cotone grigio e giallo fluo in pandant con il cappello; entrambi della collezione primavera estate di IMPS&ELFS!La abbiamo abbinata ad un body tinta unita a manica lunga grigio melange ed alle converse con l'all over di stelle. Primavera...ci vedi??

To give us the charge and get noticed in the gray around us, today we wear our last purchase at 3 CIVETTE ON THE COMO' (a Rimini store that I talked you about here): a nice suit in gray and yellow fluo cotton combined with a hat; both of them are by IMPS&ELFS spring summer collection! We have matched them with a gray melange long sleeves body and converse with the all-over stars.

eccoci tornati dopo questo week end lungo di vacanza ... devo ammettere che passare 4 giorni tutti e tre insieme è davvero bello, in particolare per Adele che scopre sempre più la dimensione famigliare!
Oggi ricominciamo la settimana con un outfit con cui ripropongo due pezzi già collaudati come i leggings mimetici e la tshirt con i fiori applicati, ma questa volta li abbiniamo al maxi cardigan in jersey grigio melange con il placket bianco, very chic ma anche comodo da usare tutti i giorni e facilmente abbinabile. Il marchio è svedese e si chiama TUSS: si contraddistingue per uno stile minimale e contemporaneo con forme comode e tessuti di qualità.

here we are back after this long holiday weekend ... I must admit that spending 4 days all together is really nice, especially for Adele who discovers more and more the family life!
Today we start the week with an outfit which propose two pieces already tested such as camouflage leggings and tshirt with applied flowers, but this time we match them to the maxi cardigan in gray melange jersey with white placket, very chic but also comfortable to use every day and it can be easily matched. The brand is Swedish and is called TUSS: is characterized by a minimalist style with contemporary and comfortable shapes and quality fabrics.

Shirt & Dress: Zara Kids

Ieri pomeriggio io e Adele siamo andate ad un corso chiamato NATI PER LEGGERE  (che mi ha segnalato mia cognata); è stato molto utile perchè un'educatrice del Centro per le famiglie di Rimini, che organizza tra le altre questa attività, ci ha raccontato come leggere ad alta voce le fiabe ai bimbi fin da neonati serva a coccolarli e a sviluppare, tra le altre cose, un "lessico famigliare", una comunicazione speciale tra genitori e figli. Inoltre ci ha consigliato che tipologia di libri è più adatta a seconda dell'età sia per quello che riguarda i contenuti che le forme e le dimensioni dei volumetti.
Oggi non ci resta che andare alla ricerca dei racconti giusti ...
Il nostro outfit è made in Zara: camicia in mussola rosa pastello con all over di microstelle e dettaglio del doppio colletto a contrasto abbinato ad un abito smanicato e scampanato al fondo in velluto a costine con placket formato da 3 bottoni ramati a forma di stella (che riprende quindi quelle della camicia) e rouches sul davanti.

Yesterday afternoon Adele and I went to a course called BORN TO READ (which my sister in law suggested me): it was very useful because an educator of the Centro per le famiglie of Rimini, which organizes this among other activities, told us how reading aloud the stories to children even newborn  help to cuddle and to develop, among other things, a "family language", a special communication between parents and kids. Also she has recommended which type of books is most suitable depending on the age of the baby for what concerns shapes and sizes of the volumes.
Now we just have to go in search of the right books ...
Today our outfit is "made ​​in Zara": pastel pink muslin shirt with stars all over and with contrast double peter pan collar combined with a sleeveless and flared corduroy dress with a 3 copper buttons placket in shape of a star (which resumes the all over of the shirt) and ruffles on the front.

metà settimana...stesso tempo meteorologico e raffreddore per Adele!!! Speriamo che per Pasqua le cose migliorino!
Oggi indossiamo uno dei miei pezzi preferiti dell'armadio di Adele: la maxi felpa girocollo grigio melange con rouches in denim sul davanti. Finalmente abbiamo raggiunto la lunghezza adatta per sfoggiarla con i jeggings color salmone. L'avevo comprata tempo fa a Milano ed è di Mini Rodini, un marchio svedese  che amo anche per la sua storia "magica".
La designer fondatrice, infatti, è una delle più famose illustratrici del paese scandinavo. E' cresciuta in una famiglia di pittori e di attori che hanno ovviamente influenzato la sua infanzia e, in seguito, quella dei suoi due figli, con i quali è nata l'idea del brand, il cui nome e' pero' associato soprattutto al bisnonno della designer.
L'antenato di Cassandra, questo il suo nome, era un eroe del circo, al cui mondo si era unito scappando di casa a 12 anni. Con i circensi gitani girò l'Europa di fine '800 e furono proprio loro a
cambiargli il nome in principe Carooli Rodini. In seguito egli stesso fondò il proprio circo: Rhodin. Da qui nasce il nome Mini Rodini che celebra i fasti del bisnonno e ha come matrice stilistica e fonte di ispirazione i fasti della vita circense!

mid-week ... same weather and cold for Adele! Hopefully things will improve for Easter!
Today, she's wearing one of my favorite piece of her closet: the maxi crew-neck sweater gray melange with denim ruffles on the front. Finally we reached the right length for show it off with salmon color jeggings. I had bought it long ago in Milan and it's from Mini Rodini, a Swedish brand that I love for its history quite magical.
The designer and founder, in fact, is one of the most famous illustrators of the Scandinavian country. She grew up in a family of painters and actors who have influenced her childhood and, later, the one of her two sons, with whom the idea of the brand arose. The name is mainly associated to her great-grandfather.
The ancestor of Cassandra, this is her name, was a hero of the circus, a world that he had joined running away from home at age 12. With gypsy circus he travelled around Europe at the end of '800 and it was then that he changed the name in Prince Carooli Rodini.
Afterwards he founded his own circus  called Rhodin. From there the name Mini Rodini celebrates the glories of the great-grandfather and has a style and inspiration from the glories of circus life!

Dress & Shoes: Zara Kids - Vest: Du Pareil au Meme - Tights: Calzedonia

Buon lunedi!
purtroppo sono costretta a contraddirmi, altro che arrivederci a cappotti e pellicce, purtroppo la primavera ci ha fatto solo un breve saluto, ma ora sembra essere davvero tornato l'inverno: pioggia e freddo!
Sfoggiamo quindi un outfit adatto alla giornata uggiosa: abito a quadri verde con inserti beige e marsine sulle spalle (e abbottonatura sulla schiena) abbinato a collant color ciclamino (per rallegrare un pò l'atmosfera!), ballerine con fiocco beige e gilet in ecopelliccia bianco lana per stare al calduccio.

unfortunately I have to disagree with my previous post: I said goodbye to coats and fur but I spoke too early in fact spring made ​​only a brief greeting, but now it really seems to be back winter with rain and cold!
So we wear an outfit suited to the gloomy day: green plaid dress with beige inserts and tails on the shoulders (plus buttoning on the back) paired with tights cyclamen (to brighten a little bit the mood!), beige ballerinas with bow and white faux fur vest to keep warm.
