Buongiorno!
chiudiamo questa settimana tornando virtualmente allo scorso weekend, e precisamente a sabato che è stato un giorno davvero speciale essendosi sposata mia sorella Lucia. Il matrimonio è stato bellissimo, cerimonia splendida e festa divertente e curata nei dettagli, quasi tutti handmade da mia sorella.
Adele era in gran forma e ha fatto la sua figura con un look bianco e grigio di cotone e tulle. Il pezzo forte dell'outfit era certamente il tutù abbinato alla t-shirt bianca con applicazione a forma di fiore coordinata alla gonnellina, entrambi i pezzi acquistati a New York da Smoochie Baby (quindi ancora più magici!!) ma devo dire che  mi sono divertita molto a cercare il resto: calzetti (customizzati con tulle bianco, grazie alla mia amica Annalisa), sandaletti e maglioncino... voi che ne dite?

Good morning!
we close this week going virtually back to the last weekend, namely to Saturday which was a very special day having married my sister Lucia. The wedding was beautiful, an amazing ceremony and a party fun with a great attention to detail, almost all handmade by my sister.
Adele was in great shape and made her figure with a white and gray cotton and tulle look. The highlight of the outfit was certainly the tutu combined with the white t-shirt with flower-shaped application, coordinated to the skirt, both pieces bought in New York at Smoochie Baby (then even more magical!) but I have to say that I had a lot of fun to look for the rest: socks (customized with white tulle, thanks to my friend Anna), shoes and sweater... What do you say?

105° outfit

Jumpsuit: Nununu

Buon venerdi!
chiudiamo questa prima settimana di agosto con un outfit ovviamente molto leggero, adatto anche alle prossime giornate di caldo torrido!
Adele indossa una tutina smanicata, col pantaloncino corto appena sopra il ginocchio e un elastico alto qualche cm in vita, color rosa cipria con una stampa nera all over costituita da lettere in stampatello maiuscolo. L'abbiamo acquistata in un fantastico negozietto di Williamsburg a New York, e sono particolarmente contenta di aver scoperto questo brand che si chiama NUNUNU: fanno abbigliamento per bimbi da 0 a 6 anni. Lo stile di NUNUNU non è per nulla infantile, niente orsetti o fatine, al contrario si caratterizza per un'attitudine tutta particolare e il senso dell'umorismo, si guarda ai bambini cercando di creare però un prodotto che rispetti lo stile dei genitori, cool, urban e aggiornati. La qualità dei tessuti è ottima, i colori sono basici con un tocco sempre creativo e le forme sono spesso destrutturate per un look unico!
Direi una bella scoperta: date un'occhiata al sito per vedere l'intera collezione!

we close this first week of August with an outfit of course very light and also suitable for the upcoming hot summer days!
Adele wears a sleeveless jumpsuit with shorts just above the knees and an elastica on the waist, powder-pink with a black print all over consists of capital letters. We bought it in a fantastic little store in Williamsburg, New York, and I am especially happy to have discovered this brand called NUNUNU:  they make clothes for children from 0 to 6 years. The style of NUNUNU don't have teddy bears or fairies but is characterized by a very particular attitude and sense of humor, they look at the children, however, trying to create a product that respects the style of the parents, cool , urban and updated. The quality of fabrics is excellent, the colors are basic with a touch more creative and forms are often deconstructed for a unique look!
I would say a nice discovery: a look to the website to see the whole collection!

new york_part 2

Buon martedi!
oggi condivido con voi ancora qualche foto della nostra settimana nella grande mela; condividere aiuta a ricordare e a valorizzare le cose che si ha la possibilità di fare... e poi chissà forse in futuro Adele si stupirà nel guardarsi a spasso a Manhattan a 8 mesi!
Naturalmente ci siamo regalati anche un pò di shopping e la baby è stata la solita fortunata (anche perchè abbiamo scoperto dei negozietti niente male!) come vedrete nei prossimi outfit. Per il momento limitiamoci a fare un salto virtuale oltreoceano... a domani!

Today I share with you a few photos of our week in the Big Apple; share helps to remember and to appreciate the things that you have the opportunity to do... in addition, who knows, maybe in the future Adele will be surprised looking herself 8 months old walking on the stroller around Manhattan!
Of course, we had shopping and our baby was the usual lucky (also because we have discovered very cute kids store!) as you will see in the next outfits. For the moment let's just take a virtual trip overseas... see you tomorrow!

Buongiorno!!

siamo tornati anche online!

Dopo un paio di giorni a casa direi che ci siamo anche lasciati alla spalle l'effetto fuso orario e i serrati ritmi americani, che dire?? siamo davvero molto, molto contenti!! Questa super vacanza ci ha proprio ricaricato!

E' stata una settimana intensa e ricca di incontri con i nostri amici oltreoceano (dato che sia io che Luca abbiamo lavorato per un periodo nella grande mela). Ci siamo goduti quanto più possibile la città, passeggiando per tutti i suoi quartieri (la media giornaliera si aggirava sugli 8/10 kilometri); è stato davvero emozionante tornarci insieme e soprattutto in 3!!

Adele è stata fantastica, dopo una giornata e una notte un pò dura causa jet-leg si è riattivata e ci ha seguito alla grande nei nostri spostamenti adattandosi a mangiare (naturalmente continuando a seguire la mia tabella di svezzamento naturale!) e ad essere cambiata un pò, per così dire, in free style...certo la città non è proprio a misura di bambino, ma basta un pò di organizzazione e tutto è fattibile!

Oggi e domani vi offro qualche spunto fotografico di questa metropoli vista anche da una prospettiva famigliare....

we're back online too!

After a couple of days at home I would say that we also left to shoulder the jet-leg and the americans tight rhythms, what can I say? We are very, very happy! This super holiday has recharged us!

It's been a busy week full of encounters with our friends overseas (because both Luca and me have worked for a period in the Big Apple). We enjoyed the city as much as possible, walking through all its districts (the daily average walking was approximately 8/10 kilometers), it was really exciting to get back there together and especially in 3!

Adele was fantastic, after a day and a night a little hard due to jet-lag was reactivated and followed us, adapting to eat (of course continuing to follow my natural weaning table!) and to have diaper change a bit in free style I would say... of course the city is not really suitable for children, but just a bit of organization and everything is doable!
