Do it Yourserlf_ part 5 (BUONA PASQUA)

Buongiorno!
siamo ormai alle soglie della Pasqua, che noi trascorreremo a Rimini, e mi sono resa conto che poteva rappresentare una buona opportunità per mettere alla prova le mie mani di per sè poco propense al fare creativo!
Per l'occasione, con Adele, ci siamo cimentate nella realizzazione del "coniglio pasquale" che abbiamo chiamato LITTLE CHOCOLATE. Il nome è un piccolo omaggio al suo pupazzo preferito che, infatti, si chiama CHOCOLATE.


Good morning!
we are now on the threshold of Easter, which we will celebrate here in Rimini, and I realized that it could be a good opportunity to try to make something with my hands that are not so creative!
For the occasion, with Adele, we ventured into the creation of the "Easter bunny" that we called LITTLE CHOCOLATE. The name is a small tribute to her favorite plush called CHOCOLATE.


Abbiamo utilizzato:
1 piccola bottiglia di vetro (ottimo modo per riciclare il succo alla pera)
cartoncini colorati
fettuccia
colla
scotch
CIOCCOLATINI (li andiamo a comprare stamattina)

We used:

1 small glass bottle (great way to recycle the pear juice)

colored paper

tape

glue

CHOCOLATES (we're going to buy them this morning)

Facile e divertente: sorriso (almeno di Adele) assicurato e (spero) scorpacciata di cioccolato per noi!

Oggi è San Giuseppe, ovvero la festa del papà, la prima per Luca!!

Today is the feast of Saint Joseph, it means that is the dad's feast, first time for Luca.

Io e Adele abbiamo deciso di fargli un piccolo pensiero handmade e formato famiglia.
Abbiamo utilizzato:
1 tela bianca
1 rullo
1 pennello
1 tubetto di colore acrilico
1 uniPOSCA

Adele and I have decided to make him a little gift, handmade and for all the family.
We used:
1 white canvas
1 roll brush
1 brush
1 acrylic color
1 uniPOSCA

Ed ecco il risultato che abbiamo ottenuto: un messaggio semplice ma diretto ed efficace, lo appenderemo all'ingresso della nostra casa per ricordarcelo tutti i giorni... 

This is the result: a simple but direct message. We'll hang it at the entrance of our apartment to remember it everyday...

Buongiorno!

finalmente anche Adele, grazie al regalo della mia amica Chiara, ha accanto al suo lettino l'Angelo di Dio! 

Sono proprio contenta perchè era quello che mancava (e da un pò stavo pensando a come fare) ed è inaspettatamente arrivato la scorsa settimana; rigorosamente fatto a mano, scritta e collage su tela, dalla mia maestra d'arte preferita e particolarmente gradito perchè pensato ad hoc per Adele e la sua stanzetta...grazie Chiari!

Finally, thanks to the gift of my friend Chiara, Adele has her Angel of God close to her bed!
I'm really happy because it was what was missing (and for a while I was thinking about how to do) and is unexpectedly arrived last week:  everything, collage and written, is hand made on canvas, from my favorite art teacher and I am particularly pleased because it was specifically thought for Adele and her bedroom ... thanks Chiari!

Buongiorno!
oggi condivido con voi il regalo che ci è arrivato direttamente da Milano dalla mia amica Ilaria, che ho conosciuto al San Paolo dove eravamo compagne di stanza e di avventura nei primi giorni di vita di Adele e del suo Lorenzo!
Si tratta di una bellissima sacca porta oggetti rigorosamente handmade, di cotone e pannolenci che sarà perfetta per l'asilo!
Ilaria, potete seguirla sul suo blog IL FIOCCO BLU ha scelto i colori e il mood giusto per noi, ricavando info dal blog, creando la combinazione perfetta!Vi piace?

Today I share with you the gift that arrived straight from Milan by my friend Ilaria, whom I met at the San Paolo Hospital where we were roommates and together in the early adventurous days of the beginning life of Adele and her son Lorenzo!
It is a beautiful handmade cotton and felt bag that will be perfect for the nursery!
Ilaria, you can follow her blog  IL FIOCCO BLU , chose the colors and the mood right for us, obtaining info from the blog, creating the perfect combination! Do you like it?

Buongiorno!
come promesso, oggi condivido con voi il nostro calendario dell'avvento!
Per quest'anno abbiamo lavorato sui numeri, utilizzando tutti i giorni di dicembre, per l'anno prossimo mi riservo di allegare anche le sagome che raccontano l'arrivo del Natale!
Per realizzare il calendario abbiamo acquistato la struttura in metallo all'ikea, comprato cartoncini colorati, un foglio di sughero e la colla, inoltre abbiamo sfruttato i colori acrilici (già utilizzati qui e qui) nei nostri colori preferiti: fucsia, lilla e azzurro, perfetti per la camera di Adele.
Per prima cosa abbiamo disegnato sui cartoncini le sagome dei numeri e le abbiamo ritagliate:

As I promised yesterday, today I'm going to share with you our Advent calendar!

This time we've worked on numbers, creating numbers of December's days, next year we're going to add silhouettas of Christmas story!

To make the calendar we bought at Ikea a metal structure, colored sheets of paper, a piece of cork and glue and we have used acrylic paints (already used here and here) in our favorite colors: fucshia, lilac and light blue (perfect for Adele's room)

Firstable, we drew the shapes of the numbers on color paper and we cut them:

Poi abbiamo creato delle basi di sughero che sono state dipinte:

Then we created base of cork and we painted them:

In seguito abbiamo incollato le sagome dei numeri alle basi di sughero:

We glued the numbers on cork:

 

Infine, con i gancetti, stiamo appendendo alla struttura metallica ogni giorno un numero:

Finally, with hooks, we're hanging everyday on piece on metal structure:

Do it Yourself_part 3

Buongiorno...qui finalmente, dopo un week end di pioggia, sembra tornato a splendere il sole anche se fa freddissimo!
Stamattina ho deciso di continuare a personalizzare la cameretta di Adele: l'idea è quella di modificare dei semplici barattoli di latta rendendoli colorati portaoggetti.
E' semplicissimo: mi sono procurata dei barattoli di metallo e con il pennello ho lasciato sgocciolare il colore in modo da creare un effetto dripping... il risultato lo vedete nella foto, niente male, vero?
 Good morning ... here at last, after a weekend of rain, the sun seems to shine again even if it's cold! 
This morning I decided to continue to customize Adele's bedroom: the idea is to change the simple tin cans making them colored box. 
It's very simple: I procured metal cans and with the brush I let drip the colors on them... you can see the result  in the pictures, not bad right?
